The products are made to order, non-refundable and exchange only.  The exchange can be executed if two situations persists, 1) if the product is received damaged or 2) the product is different from what has been ordered

‍The refund will cover your order amount including shipping cost, unless you have chosen a non-standard delivery method such as expedite or express shipping.

We may not refund the shipping cost for order that are partially returned.
